was working at an AMC garage during buffalo ny's blizzard of 77.Saw dozens of cars like that.Funny thing was, all on most of the AMC's we would knock the snow away from the cap and wires, make sure none was in the way of the belts and fan,put a set of jumpers on and the majority of them would fire up.Had one that the owner had tried for a couple of days to get it started, towed it back to the garage and thawed it out,not sure why but we checked the oil dipstick and there was over 5 gallons of gas in the engine and oilpan.kinda glad it didnt fire up.

High wind and drifting snow made it's way under hood with hood closed.Funny thing, there wasn't much snow around the car!

Oh,by the way it's a '00 Lumina.

Didn"t we have a discussion a little bit ago about whether to park the vehicle facing into the wind or with the back to the wind??
