anybody heard of the proposed cow tax?im not sure if its just for pa or nation wide but supposedly there is going to be a tax for every cow you have over 20 $175 per head

The cow tax is a proposed DNR tax for co2 emissions. Now is the time for public comment.
They also propose the tax to be on hogs and horses too. You would think reasonable people would not do this, however, well you figure it out

Hell, what about cats & dogs & parakeets!! What a stupid idea. What will the tax money be used for? ---paying for the new people they hire to enforce the tax.

It is Nationwide due to EPA and now is the time to get you two cents in to stop it. If we stand by think of the cost. Under twenty-five cows to be exempted. These people are nuts once they make the regulation we are screwed.

I don't know what to believe on that. Everybody BUT the EPA says it's a real proposal. AgDay even gave a website to give public comment. EPA says its not even anything that they are seriously considering.

It was in the Farm Bureau Spokesman. Environmentalists want to tax livestock because they fart co2. All I can say is who caters to these moonbats?!
