Will a front wheel spindle off a 1650 wide front end fit on a 1650 narrow front?

Sorry for the confusion. I meant the hub on a wide front, is it interchangeable with the hubs on a narrow front for a 1650? In other words, are they the same. My understanding is that they are.

Are you replacing your wide front with a narrow front? If so, would you be willing to sell the wide front, assuming it's in good condition?
