'Sposed to get way, way cold this weekend, so let the old H stretch 'er legs a bit this morning feeding cattle.

Old tractor is just plain fun to run. A little "breezy" tho. :>)

Are those wheel weights off a W-series/standard?

I always enjoy using my H for as much as possible. That slow running 4-cylinder sound just can't be beat.

Don't know what the heck they came off of; they were with the tractor when I bought it. They say "M&H" on 'em?

That bucket/fork is off the F-235 and when ya hit the "tilt down" lever, that old sis comes down in a hurry, I'll tell ya.

Yeah, I like the H too. Doubt if it used a cup of fuel all morning long. :>)

Is that a large white goat hangin' off the side on the round bale in the first pic? Tenacious bugger. . .

Yepper,

Still diggin' hay out of the snow drifts from that blizzard back in November.

They are so hard, I can drive right over the tops of 'em.

Took me 2 hours to dig out the cattle trailer the other day tho. :>(

Least you got some bare spots out there to get a little traction and a dry place for the cows to lay.

Still can't get over how them Farmhand loaders lift them bales on them smaller tractors.

A friend of my son had an old Farmall H which he never used much, and didn't seem to care about it, either, so when he moved to N. Carolina, he gave the H to my son, who then restored it into an award winning, and nice looking machine! He's mighty proud of it, and enters it in some of the local farm and tractor shows.

Nice to see your pics again Allan. Been a while since I was here and last time I didnt see your handle. Was -16 at 3 am here, then -4 at 5. Go figure. Anyway, Walleyes are biting and fishing has been picking up. Hard to move the boat through 8 to 12 inchs of ice though. lol Better come visit. Bob

Making that old girl go out and work with no clothes. You should be ashamed of yourself. Looks like it might be a little cold. Just found an MD wide front that I'm going to look at. No loader but I can fix that.

Went fishing the day before Thanksgiving and had 5 inches of ice. That was my first real ice fishing experience and I loved it. Still waiting for the day I drive my truck out on a lake. ; )

I remember when i was a kid . Big blizzard hit up in ND. Dad was asked to see if he could open p some roads with his dozer , just lil TD9. Got few roads in town open , went over to neighbors to plow him out .Drove on top of 6 ft snow dift . neighbor came out screaming " Your on top of my car " !lol Snow was packed so hard didn't scratch it . I recall we could not get out of house, had to open upstairs window and crawl out, dig out around doors . 1960=61 ?
