Just some food for thought, heres an idea for your next truck project.

Last year, a couple buddies and I built a 1998 Dodge Ram 3500. It has a Detroit Diesel 6V71TA engine, Eaton RoadRanger 13 speed, Spicer two speed rear axle, two-ton suspension all the way around, air brakes and air horn. Its a nice truck, but a toy more than anything. Sees use hauling cattle and tractors most of the time.
I now work for an outfit that specializes in diesel repowers in pretty much any vehicle that is brought to us, and also a lot of diesel repairs.

Maybe ya oughta build another tandem axle truck and start ya a fleet of "little big trucks"! Have fun and Keep On Truckin"!

Looking at the Deere on the trailer- details please! then you can tell me about your truck. both are cool!!!!!!!!!

Wow!
Great trucks the detriot diesel setup is way over the top.
I have been planning a Cummins 12v repower on a 50 era Ford.Chevy. IH truck preferable Ford as that is what I learned to drive 30+ years ago.
Missed a running Dodge 12v with Dana 60 front and rear ends for $2500 a few weeks ago, day late/dollar short as usual. The price of diesel has brought down diesel donor truck prices quite a bit lately.

Yeha, I gotta admit the Dodge/Detroit is a little overkill, but it was good fun building it and solving the problems we had and now its good fun driving it. It was a good learning experience.

we want to see pics of the inside the cab of that dodge as well as a under hood shot and a shot under the truck so we can see how you set all that up how did you get a 2 ton 2 speed rear end to mount 16 inch 8 hole dodge wheels?
