The best way to spent a 700 billion dollar bailout deal is to give each US taxpayer $9000. That is what it works out to if is all divided up equally. The recession would be over and a whole bunch of folks would buy new cars/trucks/tractors/Tvs
But the government aint that smart to figure that out.
