remington 7400 .270

I don't know if such a thing exists, but if you find one let me know, I'd be in the market (actually for 30.06 but it would be the same clip).
 
That would do it alright. Cept I don't think they're going to ship that to Canada. Hmm I might find a way. BTW .270, 30.06 and 25.06 all have the same brass and therefore the same clip.
 
With a quick look at gunbroker.com I found a few, seemed kinda high but I think anything gun related has gone up in value the last ten days.

I've used a 300 mag for many years but I messed up my shoulder so I bought a 270 alot less kick, the wisconsin deer season opens next weekend good luck getting your clip to canada
 
I just bought two from Brownells....Brownells.com or call 1 800 741 0015. #486 000 002ab....says for 30/06. 30/06 mags work in every .270 I tried them in. If in doubt ask thier TECH support

So how many deer do they let you shoot in Wisconsin this year? Here in Manitoba you get one archery (never done that), one muzzleloader (didn't do that this year: too busy) and one rifle season deer, mixed in with all that you can get a second deer (hornless) tag useable in any of the seasons. In one area (south of Winnipeg) there is a third deer tag. Rifle season has been on 5 days here now. Me and the kid are tagged out, but can still sign up in a hunting party (group:always thought party was a poor choice of words). No shortage of deer, but big bucks are hard enough to find. BTW in Canada (or my part of it) a five point buck has 5 tines over an inch on EACH side.
 
3 with a bow and 3 with rifle some zones you can buy all the extra doe tags you want, thats why I need a 10 shot clip ha ha
