I have a 1952 Minneapolis-Moline model V. I did a total restoration about 2 years ago and it's been stored in a nice, dry garage ever since. Painted to original factory paint numbers, new oil rings and seals and new rubber all around. It runs great. Could anyone give me an idea about the worth of this little tractor? It just might be coming up for sale to the highest bidder. I have pictures posted here but it's been some time ago since i posted it. If you'd like to see pics of pre-restoration, during restoration, and post restoration, i can arrange that too.

We like pictures.

I have never seen a V. I would like to see it.

Or if I have seen one I didn't know what I was looking at.

D,

If it is a small tractor, it is probably the Avery after MM bought them out. They are similar to the Farmall B or C

If it does have the "V" on the side, then maybe it is the roman numeral VI (6), and that is a big tractor for that period of time.

If you post a picture either in this forum or on the MM forum, you can get a much better answer to your question.

The "V" is a small, narrow tractor, designed by Avery for vineyard and orchard use, hence the "V" designation. The tractor was carried over to the Minneapolis-Moline line when they merged.
This is a cute little tractor and easy to maintain and transport, and doesn't take up much storage space.Bigger than a Cub and smaller than an "A"... Gene
