Dual storage

I am planning on taking off my duals, 18.4-38s. It will give me a little more room inside. Need to come off for the snowblade anyway.

I was going to store them outside on pallets then cover to keep the sun off.

Is this ok or is there a better way?

Thanks,
Rick

A friend I work for part-time just leans them up against the north side of a small shed out of the direct sun.

We've always just leaned them up against something, or even laid them flat across a couple of boards to keep them out of the dirt.

So far have always worn the tread off before they deteriorate...

We ussually just lean them on something outside. Once in a while we might bring them in, but not too often.

thanks, i wanted to lean them up but my barn has vinyl siding. so looks like i keep them covered out of the sun.
