That's nice [joke] It's realy nice of you to point out much we the american people are getting it the arse, when we as a whole know every day put fuel in to go back and forth to work we really know what it coast, I think your are trying to tell people what a roal f---ing we are geting. But all your facts and fig. don't help us to swallow it. As once said the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

Thanks T_Bone. Always enjoy your pricing data as it shows the trend. Good for now but can't help wonder what's around the corner.

Should get better.... I didn't follow the campaign speeches but saw a recap on the news the other day.
Our mighty shepherd has promised that the WH staff vehicles will all be electric (plug in) by the end of his 1st year and 40% of all Fed Vehicles will be el/hybrid in 2 yrs.

Could be "plug in your walkman and start peddlin'", but we's on the road to recovery...

Still paying $3.50 +/- a little at the American pumps here in Germany. German gas is dropping faster than ours (down about 30 euro cents a liter since the peak) Normal UL, Super UL, and Diesel all cost the same (+-/ a cent or two on the Diesel). Heating oil is down about 40 cents also and the dollar is getting stronger. Which is real good cause my tanks are running low.

Was some comments about Nancy Pelosi making a speech when she became speaker of house- something about $3.00/gallon gas was too high and she and Dem magority were going to get it below $2.00/gal? nnalert way of keeping political promise?Oil company newsletter had a few lines about Chavez whimpering about money- he skims oil revenue for social programs and need $80.00/barrel to break even, less than that country goes broke or he has to break political promises. Bank of Scotland cut off his line of credit when he nationalized without compensation(stole) BP property and he has to sell his sour crude to Citgo in US as US has only close refineries to handle the sour crude. Iran in similar situation- price of crude drops below around $80.00/barrel they can't meet domestic budget. Saudi Arabia estimated to need $54.00/barrel to meet their budgets. Energy independence here would hurt some old aggravaters- drive careful and slower, bounce a Iranian politicians paycheck. RN

Retail gasoline out here in the sticks, 8 miles from the interstate, dropped to 1.999 per gallon, with diesel at 2.899 yesterday.

that statement about the poor keep getting poorer is false, it is a good campaign slogan by politicians however used to suck in people who want to blame the goverment and the rich for their woes.

Come on guys, the election is over, and the nnalert outspent the nnalert this time, so it it their turn at the taxpayer. Time to go back to tractors or sleep for the next 3.5 years.

Driving home from church, I saw $1.99.9 advertised for regular gas. But road diesel was still $3.25.9.
I never thought I would see gas under $2 again.
