I did try YT, and I have not seen anything in the classifieds, and I have checked several websites...no good...any other ideas?

It is a tractor...I found manuals on the models you listed, but none on the 281...that's why I was wondering if it was similar to another model.
 

I tried JenSales...they don't have it either.

I just recieved a call from one of the web sites, and he said that they may not have produced an after market manual yet...the dealer said that my tractor is an '01, but the plate on the engine says it was made in '98. How long does it take to make up a manual?
