Been looking online for photo developing,but not finding what i was looking for.I live 60 miles from a wal-mart and don,t get there very often.Now have a digial camera and printer,but the ink is sure expensive.Does anyone know of a developer that i can send film to for developing and return through the mail? Sure would help me.Any advice would be appreciated.......
 
You could probably mail them to your nearest Walmart and they would develop and send them back. Phone and ask, can't hurt.
 
If you have a digital camera you can e-mail the Photos to Wallyworld and have them print the pictures. Much cheaper than using youprinter and better quality.

Walgreens has something going right now-you can email/download your pictures to them, then any of your friends and family around the country can pay them for a print of it. Don't know all the details, and I understand you want the prints, but maybe this would work some how for you. Greg
 
If you have a way to put the pictures on your computer, you can go to Walmart on their website and upload them and they will make the prints and mail them to you. Good service and fast. I have done that with over 200 pictures 2 different times. Reasonable price.
 
It really depends on the quality of the finished product that you want. For snapshots and regular pics then just upload to any of the online labs. Walmart does a good job, so does Snapfish. Personally I like deviantart. They have a super Hitachi lab. I also do some in house printing. Ink is expensive but I find that my costs arent any more than they were when I was doing my own dark room work.
 
Have you tried generic ink cartridges? Bought an Epson R320 photo printer about 3 years ago; have printed all my own photos ever since..........for about half what Wal-mart charges, including paper and ink. Don't know how they'll hold up long-term, but you can't tell the difference in quality right now.
