I was just thinking that. Somewhere in the forum rules it says "YT is not a political or religious site". Apparently the mods are looking the other way.
 
Some people apparently have a pretty sad life. They are afraid of everything, and anything.
 
You can use any adjectives you want, but the overall economic and political developments are pretty alarming.

I have an old 2444 that I am trying to rewire. Been trying for months :) Too many other fires. Got the fuel tank cowling painted today. I need it to hold the dashboard for the Wiring project.
I am putting an actual fuse panel in it and a 1 wire alternator on to get rid of the old external regulator and have more amps for an inverter to run my TV.

I finally found out that they had resistive wire in the harness for the coil ballast resistor. could have been why my harness smoked ?
I am putting an internal resistor coil back on it.
 
Glenn the economy is gonna suck for quite some time regardless of who is in the WH. took quite a while to get here will take quite a while to get back.

I agree. We had a dot com bubble, then a dot com bust. That gave way to a real estate bubble. Now we have a real estate bust. It took several years to get here, it will take several years to get out. I think in 5 years we will be in a good spot.
 
You don't think the extra traffic from the political posts is good for them? This is a business and the numbers help.
 
The big problem now seems to be lack of consumer spending. Go to Walmart, look in everybody's carts- acres of stuff they want, but don't need. New shower mats; books they could have got at the library; scrapbooking supplies; fuzzy bunny-feet slippers; the list is endless. Now that hard times are upon us, people simply quit buying stuff they don't need, and our "consumer based" economy goes further into the toilet. Gonna take awhile to work its way out.
 
Thanks, but I am improving on the design with additional fuses and more headlights with a reversable electric fan for cooling. Heat out the front in summer back on me in the winter.

I wire alternator, etc.

In short it is simpler to build a new harness.
 
Much of our economic growth in recent years has been based on excessive consumer spending on credit. Time has come to pay the bills.


Wally World will do fine. In fact it's business has been growing in rural area, while the mall type places are hurting.
