Use of Resistor Type Spark Plugs.

Not at all... On Mag Systems You need all the Spark You can get, Most People on this Board I think will Agree that it's best to use Solid Copper Wire for plugs, and NON Resistor plugs. Larry KF4LKU

Is radio interference a problem?

There's NO other reason you would want to use them, and they are tougher on the insulation in the mag's coil than regular spark plugs.

That being said, with a good mag and good luck you'd probably never have trouble from using them.

So, what's your reason for wanting to use them?

It's NOT just for spark.

Old mag coils don't have the insulation quality that modern ignition systems have. High resistance in the secondary circuit can be TOUGH on the mag's coil.

Only time resistor plugs might be required if you are operating a 10 meter AM ham radio from your tractor.
Use Autolite 216 or 3116 and say yourself potential problems. Solid core wires too.

NO, and don't use carbon core auto wires either use metallic wire core wires. Resistor plugs and carbon core wires might run a while but you'll find out when it shortens the life of the wires, plugs, coil, points and condenser you should have went the other way.
