The hydralics on my tractor quits lifting as soon as it warms up. Can anyone advise me on this. It would be greatly appreicated.
Thanks, Ken

I would clean the screen if it has one and change fluid and filter. If that don't work then the pump is shot.

Extract from ? Book.Hydraulic System
Will not hold.
"If the lift arms settle with control lever in neutral,or if implement gains depth when working in field,a leak is occuring in lift cylinder or control valve unit. If the cylinder leaks down rapidly check for ruptured piston seal or for check [non return] valve and/or pressure relief [unloading] valve not seating. If the cylinder leaks down slowly, piston seal may be nicked or worn, check [non return]valve or seat may be damaged, pressure relief [unloading] valve or seat may be damaged or control valve spool may be worn or fit too loosely."

If, maybe, HTH.

Very hard to help with out knowing what tractor you have. Sorry I can not read minds or see what you have so none of us can help with that other then guess. If I where to guess I'd say your pump is bad
