1466 Head Light

How do I get the four screws out of the head light cover plate so I change a burnt out sealed beam? I can not get the screws to turn. Can someone provide me a answer

They can be a real pain to remove . If it is really stuck ya need to get some good penetrating fluid and a impact driver and work them carefully back and forth . Myself i prefer the Zep penetrating oil over all other brands. Then when they are out run a tap thru the holes to clean out the threads alng with running a dye over the screws then NEVERSEEZE THEM for the next time.
