Hmm, I happened to catch this on Oprah, no, she's not in my regular veiwing. Feel pretty bad for the California producers that are having to defend their ethical animal operations from that Humane society of America nutt. I know there are poor operations around the US, it looks like this propostion will shut good people down. Any one here from California have any input? Ya' all know what start in California some how makes it's way to all the other states, so we better all be on our toes.

I've seen the Comm'l , and these CLEARLY aren't good people raising these animals. I have to turn my head when it comes on , its so awful to see.

Many nutty ideas start in California and grow legs, crossing state lines. One way to test the possible side effects of a ballot proposition is see who is for it or against it. The propaganda put out about it is untrustworthy most of the time. Pete

Same here, went to check on my grandmother and it was on. I worked a 14 hour shift last night and have been disking down and sow'n tobacco patches all day. Had to watch it. She was not as one sided as I was figure'n on her being.

She should have gotten some lobbiest for Farm Bureau or some something to give the other side. I did not think it was right have'n the pretty boy tell'n how wrong the growers were.

Wander if that show will tank the pork and egg industry like she did to the cattle markets several years ago.

I gotta go to bed, yall have a good'n, and lets hope the fruits and nuts don't push this on the rest of the country!!!

They dont tell the whole story about animal agriculture they tell the side that wants us all to be Vegans I did not see Oprah I Knew it was going to be on there but forgot to record it I am going to try to find somebody that recorded it so I can be informed about the newest HSUS stunt to shut down animal agriculture

WHY... She got to be the multi-millionaire she is by churning out crap like that EVERY DAY to the uniformed masses.

She's just giving them what they want to hear, and keeping the target audience happy keeps the advertisers happy!

I just hope somewhere there's stinking dung heap for idiots like her to spend eternity!

I have read enough about her/it that I have now dout where she will spend eternity. She is about 2 steps behind that Tom Cruse feller, but they are on the same road.

What really cheeses me off is the fact that HSUS, the Humane Society of the United States, is a larger and better run organization than PETA yet since they have a very similar name to the REAL Humane Society we all equate with puppies and kittens they have instant credibility, especially with school kids and older folks. In fact, they do a lot of telemarketing asking for donations and the typical grandmother-type that donates likely thinks they are saving a dog or cat with their $, not shutting down livestock operations or protesting in DC.
