Ford Model Number?

I do not know what model Ford Tractor that I have. How do I determine what Model I have and the year?

Well first off tell us more so maybe we can help you help your self. Does it have a flat head engine or a valve in head engines. What color is it. A picture would help a lot or of course you could go the the tractor photo area and look at fords there and maybe get a good idea what you have.

Did you know there is a Ford-specific forum on this great site? Lots of info and help there.
Giving us some basic info will help... is it gas or diesel? Flat head (spark plugs on top of engine) or overhead valve? Pre-'53 models have their serial number stamped on the left/front of the engine. All later models have serial/model numbers on the transmission housing, just above and to the rear of the starter. Sometimes hard to see/read, as the numbers were hand-stamped, oftne shallow and filled with paint, grease, and dirt.
