While I have your attention, how did your purple corn come out?

Missed running into you at Blanchard this year, we had all the oats, about 600 bushels thrashed - a lot like work. We ended up borrowing 3 large hay wagons, taking two grain wagons, a hay wagon and a pickup loaded to the gills with bundled oats.

Yes,I got the message. I had seen the sale bill in the Farm Trader. I'll probably run over. The corn snapped out of it by late June. I had to chop a little bit of it to finish filling the silo. Tonnage was good,good sized ears. I think I might try to pick some later on next week if we don't get too much rain Tuesday. I was amazed at the yeild on my oats. I about disced them up and put it in to corn early on. Would have if they hadn't been seeded to alfalfa.
