Local area boys are taking off their beans and report record harvest. Most years give 20 bu per acre this year most reports are above 60 bu per acre. Cant believe all that rain finally brought some good new for the farmers.Maybe that global warming aint gonna be that bad after all.

mine ran 65-66 on all the ground that didnt flood. 12-1/2-13 percent moisture. the ground that was under water averaged 44-46. north central illinois.

Been spotty around here. One guy got 1400 bushel off 90 acres.. that was on hill ground... Mmmm not so good, but others have been getting from 50 to 65 that I've heard of.

I thought I would have 65 bu beans, but now would be happy with 45. It was so cool and wet, that the plants didn't grow. Lots of blanks in the pods, or pods that aborted off. They are chin high. I will know in the morning as the tennant was harvesting this afternoon. I had them contracted for $14.08. Think I did good there.

Slightly more than half a crop here in NW Ohio. Most in 20's or low 30's. Too wet this spring, too dry this summer. Short plants and small grain.
