Hi, My neighbour just passed away, and his wife needs help knowing the value of a 1950 or 54 Ferguson tractor. I can't help her with that, so I was hoping one of you could help me out, so i can tell her. I will get her looking through her papers to determine the actual year. All she knows is that her husband had, had a few over the years and this one was ' the good' one..Any help with pricing would be appreciated.
THANK YOU!!

Might check the left hand front lower corner of the engine block and look for a number like Z120 or Z129 or Z134 if it is a 4 cylinder gas engine. Then look and see if it has one gear shift or two. This will help in finding out what the model is.

Look for a plate above the steering wheel. It'll have number stamped on it like TO XXXXX. If it's TO 00001 to TO 60000 it's a TO-20. If it's TO 6ooo1 to TO 140000, it'a TO-30.
Once you have the serial number, go into the Research and Info section on the left of the page, click Serial Numbers than look at the Fergusons and you'll find the year it was made. If you have any more questions, go to the Harry Ferguson forum and ask them. You'll get a quicker response.
