IH 265 offset tractor questions

Need inforamtion on 265 offset tractor such as where made, by whom, and engine make. Has any of you ever used one? How did it compare to the IH 140? Thankyou for any comments and information. Armand

may have been made by komatsu in japan. we own two 274"s, which are earlier models. also have 140 and 130. like the 8 speed trans , diesel engine , and 3pt hitch of the 274. 130 and 140 are good solid old tractors better suited for cultivating because of touch control hydraulics. can control depth of shanks better. don"t know why ih eliminated this feature. just my opinion.
