My outside water hydrant is acting up. You pull the handle up, it pulls hard like normal, but no water comes out. It started out doing this last spring. Pull the handle and get a reduced flow. Turn it off a couple of times and then get a full stream of water. Now, turn it on and off 6 or 8 times before you get any water, sometimes a full stream, and sometimes just a trickle. Has anyone ever took one apart and rebuilt the insides or are you better off to dig it up snd replace the whole works? Our water is kind of hard if that makes any difference. Thanks, Chris
