Now where was I. Oh yea,, thoughts of October , November. Fall colors,
frosty mornings, crisp dry cornfields, no more baling. God i love combining corn, no dust, the sound of snapping corn stalks, maybe a pheasant or two.
I love that cool crisp air. Usually a trip to Wisconsin for a short fishing trip in October. My 55 JD combine is itching to go 2 rows at a time, 4 sweet acres.
Those are some of my thoughts of the farm in fall. Oh yeah one other thing,
a fire in my grandfathers hand built rock fireplace, built with rocks gathered from all over this great country, when he was a rockhound nut. Can't beat a fire and coffee at 4 thirty in the morning waiting for the sun.
Anybody else got any thoughts of fall??
