couple days ago you posted some pics of your #5 sickle mowwer.....been buggin me.....but i know whats wrong!!!!!!

you had it hooked to the wrong color tractor!!!!!

anyhoo, thats my # 5 behind the 42 m. and here is a pic of the #5 i just got, had to cut it out of the trees, even has a good pto shield , and the pto end was there. butt....its all froze solid, needs a bath in pb blaster. and here is the david bradley rake, suprisingly, i took a grease gun to it and the darn thing works good!!!

oh yeah, and the cylinder on my #5 is off a marker on a cyclo 800 planter!!!

thanks rob, i am in north central illinois. kinda flat ground around here, occasional knoll, but no giant mountains!!
 
Glennster, That's one real nice M!! The mower looks good too. I like mowing with my H, my mower is a IH 25-V Sickle mower.

Donno what's wrong with that - I use a JD 350 mower on a Farmall 200. Don't start no color wars with me, I run 'em all.
 
andy, great looking h too. what year is that. looks like an early one with the big oil filter, still has the mag, the i-h seat, deering decals on the hood. pretty stout set of rear tires too, and.....i love those rear wheels!!! kerosene or distillate too.
 
My H is a 1943 all fuel, serial # FBH-133801. I bought that mag from the Classified Ads because it used to have a Delco upright distributor on it. I need new rear rear tires, they are not n the best shape, but they have reliners in them and that is what is making them useable.
