Does anybody know who manufactures a plow hitch for the front of a municipal plow truck called Tor-Lock..These plow hitches use an "arrow-head" that's attached to the plow that goes into a receiver with 2 spring loaded "dogs" that retain the plow arrowhead..I need to purchase a receiver and 1 arrowhead to weld to a plow..Thanks , Roy
