Pedal tractor pulling sled build??

Anyone built one or have pictures? I have yet to come across wheels that can turn a axle via hub or ?. I am thinking a 3/4" diameter axle with a key or other ways to make the wheel turn the axle. My sled will be bigger than most pedal tractor pulling sleds. Making it out of aluminum 2' wide x 8' long. Get done with that I am planning on building a pulling tractor that both young and old can pull. As always thank you from both me and the kids.

I have pictures of my sons at the Humboldt County Fair this year and they have a pretty nice sled. We are going to have another one next weeekend on the 23rd in Dakota City, IA and I would be happy to take all sorts of pics to email you since I can"t get them to attach for some reason in here.
