if you know this car then you better make piece with your maker.
When i was 10 years old my father took me up to Auburn to see one.
I bought 12 cars at an estate sale on Sat.
And one JD (UGH!) Cookie Bowl.

Wikipedia says there's more than 1 Today, the '48 Sedan has fame far greater than would be expected from its modest production run. Of the 51 cars built (50 production and 1 prototype), 47 still exist, the majority in excellent condition. When the cars appear at auction, they command prices attained by only a few marques. Car number 43 was recently sold for the record-setting price of $700,000.[3] Several other cars are prominently featured in automotive museums.

Hey Walt! Is that the engine I see under the hood in your one picture. I thought that the Tucker Torpedo had the engine in the rear. And it was a air cooled helicopter engine. But Ive been known to be wrong on other things too...
