I owned an 830 for several years and was my big tractor. I had a LP booster on it. Mounted a 100 lb. cylinder in front of the radiator and plumbed a hose into the air intake stack. Then added a Red Rooster Booster regulator and a on/off toggle switch on the dash. A very simple set-up and added an extra 10 hp, the harder it pulled the more LP it sucked into the engine. The second you turned the LP on, the engine quieted down and pulled harder........was a great set up. Pulled 4-18 JD pull type plow and a 18 ft field cultivator. Sold that tractor in the mid 80's to a collector from the east end of Long Island, NY.
