Does any one know torque specks and sequences on head bolts and piston rods nuts and bolts, etc.

According to the AC shop manual, the D10 & D12 has a 139 CID engine. The head bolt sequence starts with the one just inward between #2 & #3 spark plug, then directly across for the second, and basically radiate outward to the front and rear for the rest. Torque is 80 - 85 ft lbs. Connecting rod clamp screw and cap nuts are 35 - 40 lbs.

If the d-10/12 in question is a series III (oval muffler) it could have a 149 cu in motor (same as a d-14). I think the torque values are the same, though. When in doubt look at a book, yourself.
