Farmall F14

My father has a Farmall F14 serial no. FS129910. Near the serial # is the following information: 18HP 18-20 on good footing at sea level. Overload will cause engine to run below proper speed.

By the serial #, does anyone know what year the tractor was manufactured?

Is it common to find the other information (sea level & engine overload) near the serial number?

Finally, what is the approximate value of the F14 if it is in good running condition?

I wished I had the money, but I don't at this time. This is the tractor my wife's family had and the one tractor I want to fit in with all my family tractors. I have seen them sell for $2000-$3000

Thank you for the information!

Is the """18HP 18-20 on good footing at sea level / Overload will cause engine to run below proper speed""" information on the serial tag common to a F14?
