I have to believe there is much more to the story unless this a relative of Lanse (or Lanse incognito), why did he go thru the prep and expense before he knew what he had to work with. Or am I just old fashioned because I would rather have a running tractor than a pretty one?

He says the engine and trans were trash and they are already gone. So looks like it's only for the attaching parts. NO engine, trans, wheels, frame.....

Dang thats a nice (part of a) tractor

Lets get the 3 i have now working first though. Thanks andy. I think i may know where this guy is. I know of 2 other collectors in town, the guy who on here is KyleOH, and someone who has a bunch of tractors sitting out but the place is deserted

Okay Lanse, I emailed the guy and asked if he would sell me the new brake bands because I need a good set on my 1943 H, the bands are streched on mine so the brakes are weak. New bands are $40 each plus shipping : I'm bringing my Farmall H to a tractor show on the 2nd and 3rd of August, I've been to many shows before but this will my my first show that I'm bringing a tractor to.
