Guys,
I know the first thing I will hear is get a manual and your right. However, the 9N really isnt mine and I'm just trying to help out with repair. When the PTO shaft came out(by itself) it was apparent that the snap ring was missing. one out of two > well, got another snap ring and repaired the shaft, not the shaft will not go back in all the way.hitting on something- plus when we removed the side cover plates and the bottom inspection plate, we found what appears to be a broken bracket type piece. Is there any possibility that anyone on the list can attach a simple drawing of what the inside of the tractor may look like so I can see what I an dealing with? In other words, when you start to place PTO shaft into rear of tractor, where does it go and what does it make contact with--
thanks in advance- Gary
