JD 224 Hay Bailer w/ Wisconsin motor

I desperately need a drive belt for my JD 224 Hay Bailer. 135 inches long, 1 7/8 inches wide part # E17780E GT 472 Anybody got one, perhaps two to sell. Crop needs harvesting soon, Any help appreciated Thanks

Is that a multiple "B" section belt? How many sections?

I hope you have some good luck. We ran a 214WS when I was growing up, I remember going in with Dad to get a new belt, they found 3 of them in the system at that time, probably about 1990...don't know if there was enough demand to purchase another run of them, if not, maybe you can go to a Gates dealer and find something that will work. Unfortunately I can't help you, we sold the baler about 10 years ago.

There are 10 ribs that run along grooves in one of the guide spindles on the bailer, so the belt has 10 ribs underneath.

i bon't know if it is a multiple B or not.

Go to JayDee Enterprises and they have a belt for anything,he will have what you need and have it in stock. They have a website try a google search. Of course I have to say it but you should of bought a New Holland. HTH

Thanks Willie P! They had some in stock, just like you said. Only $252 Washingtons! What a bargain, but at least I can harvest. Thanks for the help. For the New Holland advice, I'll look into it when I'm ready to upgrade.
