Batt Cables

Does anyone know where I could purchase a roll of batt cable and good quality ends with a crimp tool so I can make my own cables? I have about 35 batteries in service around the farm and probably 25 of them have bad cables

What guage do you need and what kind of terminal ends? I think I can fix you up.

Im use battery cable and ends. available at good autoarts stores and welding supply shops.

get the ends and little solder pill and solder the ends on! Auto parts stores have the little pill, so just take torch, drop pill into the end setting in vice, heat up end to melt solder and stuff cable into end. makes real good connection.

Yeah what you said... Look for the copper batt terminals that have a cup on the end...

1. put terminal in bench vise, with cup facing up.
2. Get blow torch, heat cup up.
3. Melt solder into the cup.
4. Heat end of cable briefly.
5. Put end of cable into cup, then let cool.
6. Crimp the end using the bench vise to make it permanent.
