Sweet corn going price

how much are yall selling your sweet corn for per dozen at local farmers markets. i know it want be in for another 2 weeks here in NC. im guessing 5.50 dozer or higher. what do u think?

Just got back from Hartville flea market in Hartville Ohio..Going price there was $ 4.50/ doz. at the fruit stands..really good multi color..Probably came from your area...Who knows ??

I been getting 10.50-11 per dozen and just barely breaking even.input cost is way up ,so is fuel,the only thing tat gas not gone up is labor.in fact it is cheaper than last year.
and you know how much they like their sweet corn.

Central ILL about 6-7.00 per dozen but thats for southern grown corn ,I wonder if prices won't be more when the local crop starts coming in about july 4th

You couldnt sell a single ear at that price here.Corn goes for 4to5 dollars a doz road side here and the super markets sell wizzled up corn for less.They sell a lot too.I raise my own corn but would not pay 12.00 for a dozen.

Maine,selling corn for 42 summers.Skunks and racoons get it free.Bot 4 lb of chicken breasts for 4 bucks yesterday.12 bucks an hour is a high wage here,12.00 for corn wont fly.
