You just leave that off of her and start your road trip here to swath my rye in a few weeks, then the oats later on. I guess I would then just let you keep it here for the winter so you wouldnt have to drive it all the way back. Let me know what time you'll be here so I can have the grill heating up!">

When did that thing take up residence in your yard? I thought You were still using a pull conditioner?

Movin' up I guess... lol

Nice looking swather-conditioner. Is that a diesel? Dads got a 4000 with a draper head but his is a gasser, been a real good machine with very few problems. Don't think i have ever seen a 5000, ones around here are all 4000's even the CaseIH ones. They are nice machines to run, especially if the airs blowing cold.

You have more energy than 5 men. in your photos sometimes there looks like there's no trees within miles of your farm. then trees everywhere? are the fields in a different location.

Most trees in this area (the high plains) have been purposefully planted, so what you see are those that are around the barnyard and shelterbelts.

There were no trees out here until European man came along. County government still runs programs trying to get folks to plant trees.
