If this is the old 4X4 from the 70's (I'm NOT sure if DEERE has recycled THAT model #), the brakes are made like IS:

looks like maybe only the right side has a plate if i'm not mistaken though,heck 1 brake plate like that ought to slow it down anyway,but what if my brakes are just stuck like i think it is ,i cant push the pedal down right now

There's brake assembly on BOTH sides. If your pedal is stuck, either the pedal pivot is rusted up, or the brake valve needs an OH.
