Crossley Engine for DB. There is a great story on reclaiming an engine for a Museum, in the Winter Edition of the National Vintage Tractor and Engine Club (NVTEC), from a farm. The engine had been used to drive a mill to produce meal for pig food and when the farmer died, the members of the club, got the engine out of the engine shed by removing the roof and lifting it and the mill onto a truck, then replacing the roof.
Crossley's were an excellent engine, very frugal on fuel but with a complicated valve mechanism that put off purchasers so I understand.
