Wheel spacers

Im looking for a pair of front wheel spacers for my Ford 1520 tractor. Ive just installed the rear wheel spacers and they seem fine. Ive contacted Bro-Tek in New Brunswick but I cant find these spacers on their website. Any ideas?

Consensus on the Kubota Orange forum is that front spacers do not accomplish much of anything. I put 3 rear ones on my little Kubota B, and it made a world of difference. No need for front ones.

My smallest tractor is an LS M2-25 with FEL. I live on hilly terrain plus terraces and dams. For better stabilization I built a pair of 4 for the rear to help in stabilization. Inquired around the www and nothing to suit me were available....2 were. I chose 4 because one of the implements is a 5' shredder and 4 inches keeps the rear wheels within that cutting range.

Took a piece of 1/4 steel plate to a machine shop with the outline of the hub and bolt pattern on the rear wheel. Had 4 machined. Bought a piece of 8 diameter steel pipe and cut it off as specified. Welded it up and painted. Bought a set of bolts for the outsides and bolted it up. I have pictures of it but not that much to see....self explanatory herein.

Spacers in general would add a lot of stress to axles I would think on any axles front or rear. What is the purpose unless you are going to real narrow or wide rows on a row crop farm. For stability loaded tires or weights will do more with the weight being lower center of gravity from them. I have never in 60 years tipped a 60 inch center tire tractor yet. we have some hills though not like some places in the country. I think according to the soils book for the county our steepest slopes are around 12-18 percent in one 10 acre field the rest are flatter. That is the reason it has been kept in pasture for the lest 50 years and has just been worked in that time a couple years ago and is now back to hay for probably the next few years then back to hay each time it is rotated out of hay for a year.
