MF 1080 Restored. I used to love to demonstrate a Ford 7600 against these tractors, they were of comparable horse power and the MF had the Perkins 6354 based engine which was brilliant, but for working 'on top' with seedbed preparation tools, in those days, the Ford won hands down. You can add weight but it is difficult to lose built in weight. Even the MF dealers and the second hand dealers did not want these tractors and they really stuck when trying to resell them.

That tractor has the Perkins A4.318 diesel, not the 6.354.
