Gouda Cheeses in the cheese market in the town of Gouda, Holland. Most of the farms in the area are dairy, producing large quantities of milk and cheese. Ann and I were surprised with the range of various milk products and flavoured milks in the local supermarkets throughout Holland.

Went thru there many years ago. It is pronounced Hooda by the Dutch.
