620 John Deere

I bought a non-running 620 John Deere. The carburetor is in a box with every piece that would come apart, apart. I wanted to see how well the engine turns over and it does as you can see in the video.

I see some differences between the 620 and the 60 that I first started doing field work with many years ago but it's still pretty similar.

I don't know if 620 the same but our 60 would idle down to about 10 rpm. Maybe I'm exaggerating but I bet it could've won a slow race.

I imagine that sounded different. How did it keep running at such a low RPM?
