Sorry chaps no pics or puzzles but I see John has kept you all amused. We are expecting a major storm and flooding today with road closures and blockages all over our county. We are OK as we live on a high part, so have no worries on that score, but I had to get a large batch of control systems out to one of my customers about 70 miles away. So it was up and away early this morning, packing and delivering, got back ok so am now 'battening down the hatches'.
 
May the storm be mild and the homestead secure. I live 200 meters from the Mississippi river. I am 10m above the normal river level (currently down about 1 meter from normal). A failed dam up stream could flood here, but not likely. The river does have flood plains here, but zoning has prevented development. Jim
 
Ha, around here in central Ohio, flood plains are prime real estate. Then everyone cries when they get flooded.
