GEORGE WILL TRY TO TYPE WELL. As you know I bought a T9 IH dozer. Never got started. With no help could not check comoression afterr getting startter rebuilt..Santa ( fellow haas long whitE beard and plays SANTA in this area) I found an old post of the dozer advertised with blown head gasket. BEWARE OF DISHONEST SANTAS. Any one know weight of tractow with 9 foot blade. or needparts. tracks and sprockets look good. 812 699 0011 its in yt ADS.

I recently bought a new aftermarket carb for my Farmall C off Amazon. I'm very pleased with how it works. You would like it too, it was cheap, under $50.
 
If head gasket is all that is wrong with it that is $300 and half day problem . If head is probably cracked and that is another story. Like it sits just a good boat anchor.
 
If I wasn't so far away, I'd help you with it. Aren't there any tractor clubs in your area that you could contact that might be able to find someone to help you with it?
