Look om the packer wheels and bearing castings for a part number and report back. Different manufacturers can be identified by part numbers.

the tounge and frames and bearing mounts look just like my john deere culipackers. the packer wheels are called crowfoots. john

We used to have Brillion 'plow packers'. Made to pull behind a plow. Same style wheels, but the frame and bearings were
different.

Don't know the brand just don't pull it on wet ground or you will have a roller in wet clay as they will load up on the wheels. Most of those around here are used on sandier ground or real dry clay.

Deere model 920 roller packer with crowfoot packer wheels. The packer wheels can be turned around, there is an arrow on the spoke. With the arrow forward
(direction of rotation), it leaves the ground a little rougher. With the arrow backwards, it packs the ground more and leaves it smoother.

Do not go through a mud hole or you will have a roller packer.
