Plastic liner for manure spreader

I have older Gehl manure spreader (made by knight manufaturing) The sides are steel
and are getting pretty thin in some areas. I replaced the steel floor with new metal
several years ago. The spreader works very good and I would like to line the sides
with plastic sheets. Thinking 1/4 thick and bolting then inside. Sides measure
2FTx10FT long. Thoughts or suggestions as to where to purchase and which type of
plastic to use. I am located southwest Wisconsin. Thanks

Just get some liner like used in dump trailers they make it in various thicknesses so check what you want and look into places that sell dump trailers or truck parts will have it. Don't know what price it is nor how they sell it. Local guy will sell it in the length you want so could get it in a tenfoot length by the width then cut down to put on each side. It also comes in different widths too. From about 8 foot to even 10 foot . Just have to check with them. There is also there is the sheets that are mentioned by others. I know a guy in Sd that uses it for bottoms and sides on his trucks cleaning feedyards. Keeps them from Freezing he claims don't know on that though.

I have a bed liner I don't want. 2021 GMC Sierra...6 1/2' bed.

Check with these guys.

I'm sure they'll custom make you whatever you want, and it'll fit great and be top quality, but you'll pay for it plus the shipping will be cost-prohibitive. You'll have more in the plastic than the entire spreader is worth WITH the plastic.

You want the UHMW sheet plastic they use in commercial bathrooms, which you might find at a local lumber yard or plumbing supply if they cater to that kind of thing.

UHMW is the smooth stuff they commonly make cutting boards

UHMW panels in any bathroom would be very expensive, but possible.

The white plastic bathroom liner is usually pvc or frp and way thinner than 1/4 inch. Less than 1/8th.

A plastic liner of any type will likely retain water and accelerate the demise of the steel and wood.
