Look at the wheels on the grain drill! Obviously it was made to be horse drawn with those wood spoke wheels and wooden hubs. The speed of a
tractor, even an old one like that could easily get those hubs pretty hot. WoW!

That is a Smyth drill made in Peasenhall, Suffolk. Smyth were a very old company making drills back

used for sowing kale for cattle feed in the 1950's.

The tractor on the grain drill is a B. My earlier reply was to Richard G., who was asking about the mid-mount mower. That tractor is an MT.

Could have been me planting soybeans with my JD Van Brunt, wood box, wood wheels. I used it for years and bever had a heating problem
with the wheel hubs.
