Would love to visit Vermont again. I was only able to go there once while I was driving over the road.

If you get to New Hampshire these places are a must see. The Cathedral of the Pines at Rindge ,The people that started it were Dairy farmers there and when their son was killed in WWII They turned the place in to a museum/shrine to him. It is now a non denominational OR should I say a multi-denominational Cathedral outside from sometime in early summer till fall some time. There are services going pretty much all day there with I believe a number of different priests or pastors conducting a service throughout the day if you were to walk around it has some beautiful scenery there. Next is the Flume which is a long water fall, then on to MT.Washington has some of the worst weaher on top and they have not been able to keep the road open in the winter when they have tried in the past. There is a Cog train up the one side and on a clear day views are spectacular there most days not so good. Lake Winnipesaukee just a big lake north of Laconia NH. The old man fell off several years ago so only pictures left now. Most of NH has some beautiful scenery in it. My mom was born at White river junction VT and then the family moved to NH where she grew up at Derry NH.
