IH b414 hydraulic issues 3 point linkage

no up on my 3 point linkage on my IH b414, all filters are clean & i installed a new hydraulic pump & still not working, any surgestions on what my be the issue. the tractor shook abit when this first happened. thank you.

There is a metal inspection plate under the seat on top of the hydraulic reservoir that can be remove and with engine idling you should observer the hydraulic oil flowing into the reservoir.
See photo below, oil flow is on the left side, this photo shows frothing in the oil flow due to clogged suction filter.
If your B414 is a very early model it may not have the inspection plate under the seat.
Does your B414 have Power Steering, if so which version, the one with the PS cylinder on the left of the tractor or the one with the PS cylinder on the front axle?

No power steering, just 3 point linkage on the back, thank you for ur response, i will also check this out.
